Day 51: Surprise phone calls from unexpected people, connected to me through happy coincidences, leading to impromptu meetings & great conversation – Thanks Sean McIntyre, I look forward to seeing what comes of it!; Spontaneous dinners on lakeside docks in the sunshine – Thanks Magpie, you are the best!; Chance meetings with fabulous peeps who made dinner on the dock even better! Thanks Shannon, Krystl & the brave family who rounded off the evening with a giant ‘splash’…
Day 52: My Magpie’s glee when she discovered moon snails, sand dollars and clam ‘tongues’ on the beach today; The ‘Stuff It’ sale at Bohemia Consignment, where I was able to buy my Magpie a whole new wardrobe for 25 bucks, and shop outside in the sunshine, to boot; The nature show ‘Life’ that we are watching on Netflix, that reminds us of just how much magic and mystery truly exists in the world…
Day 53: My Magpie – you are eternally, my best friend and my deepest love; Productivity – on a Sunday, no less; The fact that I have developed the ability to not FREAK THE HELL OUT when I spend an entire day working on my website, then go to make a simple change to the menu & have the entire menu disappear – rendering my site completely un-navigatable until I can figure out what the heck went wrong…
Day 54: Bocconcini salad for dinner; Dried pineapple; Scoring the awesomest new tea-cups for our Meditation nights…
Day 55: Simon Alarie – the best Osteopath in the world. If you have pain or discomfort in your body, I definitely recommend seeing him; Movie nights with friends – even if we stayed up way past our bedtime on a school night; My warm, comfy bed, which I am about to fall into…
Day 56: Date night with my sweet, sweet Magpie – it really is the simple things; Being blessed with so much work, I can barely keep up; My bathrobe – there is something I just love about being wrapped in a full-body terry-towel with arms…
