You know, some people think I’m crazy for initiating my “Pay What You Get Paid” fee structure, but what I know is this: we can’t change an existing paradigm by continuing to conform to it. The best way to bring about change in the world, is to bring about change in ourselves. If we all started to ACT with integrity, instead of simply talking about the lack of it as we go about business as usual – the world would begin to look very different, very quickly.
