Day 22

Dr. Patrick Callas – who issued the challenge to take a full 21 days to see if a new habit ‘sticks’… I think it’s working; Having my wood stove up and running again – I love the quality of the heat, and the ambience the fire creates; The surprise dinner my Magpie brought me – such a thoughtful way to round out a busy (and late) day…

Day 23

People who inspire & teach by doing; The graciousness of people who forgive me when I screw things up; The sound of rain on the roof…

Day 24

Weekends – especially sunny ones; Groceries – especially healthy ones; Fish tanks – especially clean ones…

Day 25

Breakfast at the Treehouse; A new recording by my talented daughter (and I have the link, so I can listen to it as often as I want!); Rants. In the forest. And the willingness of the trees to channel that energy into the earth to be transformed…

Day 26

Licorice treats from Harlan’s Chocolates & Gelato on SSI, BC; My Sterling boy – who I love and miss, every single day; My awesome, new down vest – a birthday gift from my Magpie – arrived a couple of days early…

Day 27

The utterly divine portobello masterpiece my Magpie made for me to heat up for lunch; Night-time walks under the stars; Books – I love books…

Day 28

The wind on my face, at the ocean; The beautiful, amazing rainbow of people who bless us with their presence at our Crystal Singing Bowl meditation evenings; The tenacity, commitment & inspired engagement that keeps me up until all hours of the night – doing the work I love…
