What You See is What You Get

Every crystal, jewellery piece, gift bundle and Tarot/Crystal Wrap in our Shop has been either handmade and/or lovingly hand-selected for energetic and aesthetic quality and integrity. Each one is unique, and you can be confident you will receive the exact piece shown in the listing.

Some exceptions to this rule may occur with items such as tumbles & pocket stones, incense, candles, body care products and some others.

When this is the case, the exception will be specifically stated in the listing, and we will mindfully & intuitively select the individual piece that is most energetically aligned with you.

Visual Representation in Online Shopping

We do our very best to provide an accurate representation of every piece in our gallery for online viewing. Even so, variations in lighting conditions, background colours, monitor settings, individual visual perception, and other factors can result in differences between what you see on your screen, and what the piece looks like when you hold it in your hands.

We recommend viewing in natural light for the most accurate comparison. It hasn't happened yet (knock on wood), but if there is ever a genuine mix-up resulting in you receiving a piece that is definitely not the one you ordered, please Contact Us immediately so we can fix it for you.

Do You Ship to My Country?

Most likely, yes. We ship worldwide however, automated shipping is enabled for North America only. If you live outside of Canada or the US, please Contact Us for further information.

Shipping Fees: Domestic & International

If you live in Canada or the US, shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you live outside of Canada or the US, please Contact Us so we can find the best rate and service to your country.

Import Duties/Fees/Taxes

International import laws, taxes, duties, and fees differ from country to country, and some delivery companies may charge a processing fee to pass international packages through customs. Any customs or import taxes, duties and/or fees, as well as any additional processing or other fees are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, or your representative.

Shipping Times

We know what it's like to eagerly anticipate the arrival of new treasures, and we always ship as quickly as possible. Once your transaction is complete & payment has been received, we will ship your order within 3 business days. When your package ships, you will receive notification via email, including tracking information.

Our Carriers

We use Canada Post for the vast majority of our shipping, both domestically and internationally. For packages that exceed Canada Post size or weight limits, we will employ an alternate carrier based on the best service to your area.

Delivery Times & Tracking

We'll always do our very best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped however, delivery delays and/or delays due to customs processing are beyond our control, and are not the responsibility of TeronWolf.com, its owners or representatives. We will always send you a tracking number, so you can see where your package is, any time of night or day, and easily contact the delivery company if you have questions.

Receipt of Packages

Every package is sent with tracking, so you and we can see where your treasures are at any point along their journey. It is your responsibility to make sure you, or someone you trust is available to receive your package. If your package has been marked 'delivered' but you have not received it, please contact your carrier.

TeronWolf.com, its owners and representatives assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

Handling

If we could, we would cradle your purchases in our own two hands, all the way from us to you! We package the heck out of everything we ship, and to date, we have never had an item arrive damaged. Accidents do happen in transit though, so for your protection, we recommend that you film receipt of your unopened package, as well as the process of you opening it. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, this documentation will be extremely important.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. An insurance claim will need to be initiated with the delivery company, so please be prepared to provide video footage, photographs, and other documentation. We will always work diligently with you to recover the cost of an item damaged in transit.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you change your mind about your awesome purchase, returns may be made for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of purchase date, or 7 days of receipt of your items - whichever period is longer.

Items must be in exactly the same condition they were in when we packaged them to send them to you.

Buyer (that's you) is responsible for return shipping, plus a $25 re-stocking fee.

If replacement items are selected, buyer (still you) is responsible for surplus value (if any), as well as shipping fees, customs and import taxes/duties/fees for new item(s).
